Description
This is an as required call out service when the EV Charger is not working correctly.
- Check full installation from consumer board to Wall Box installation
- Correct error if possible, on visit, (replace with new Wall Box if necessary)
- Clean Wall Box
- Check with EV Wall Box Tester
- Check the specifications meets the supplier’s requirements
- Stick on signed checked sticker to Wall box.
- Customer to sign service has taken place.
